Marina Plans for 2002!

Plans have now been finalised for the continued expansion of the marina in 2002. There will be two stages of construction this year. The first is the further extension of the main north-south K row which will provide additional 15m berths. The second stage is due to be completed in September in time for the beginning of the cruising season. Piling will be required for this stage which will see the construction of G-H row as well as the final completion of the main K walkway.

Enquiries and sales of marina berths have been brisk since the previous installation of E-F rows in November. When fully complete the marina will total 200+ berths. If you are considering purchasing a berth, the time could not be better with orders being now taken for the additional stages. Not all the new berths will be sold, so opportunity is limited.
